The following rules form an agreement between Odeonbet and its customers. By registering with Odeonbet, you fully agree and accept these rules.

1. The customer bears sole responsibility for ensuring contact and payment/bank details are kept up to date.
2. Customers must be at least 18 years of age in order to place bets. Odeonbet reserves the right to ask for proof of age from customers and to suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.
3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their username and security details remain confidential. In the event that a customer suspects this may no longer be the case, he/she should notify us immediately. Violation of this rule will result in irreversible account suspension and voidance of any winnings with no option of profit cash-out.
7. A Customer’s total Account Balance is comprised of the aggregate of their Sports Balance (Sports Cash Account and Sports Bonus Account) and their Casino Balance (Casino Cash Account and Casino Bonus Account). The Sports Balance is used in the ‘Sports’ & the ‘Games’ Section. Any Sports or Games bets are placed directly with the Sports Balance. Withdrawals cannot be made from either of the Bonus Accounts, but they can both be used to make wagers. 8. Any funds held in the Sports Bonus Account may only be used to place bets on “Sports” and “Live Betting” products. Any winnings achieved by playing “Games” products using funds from the Sports Bonus Account shall be invalid and Odeonbet reserves the right to withhold and cancel such wagers and any associated winnings. In such circumstances, the staked Sports Bonus Account funds shall also be forfeited.
9. Any funds that represent Games Bonus, part of the Sports Bonus Account, may only be used to place wagers on “Games” products. Any winnings achieved by playing “Sport” or “Live Betting” products using funds that represent Games Bonus shall be invalid and Odeonbet reserves the right to withhold and cancel such bets and any associated winnings. In such circumstances, the staked Games Bonus funds shall also be forfeited.
10. Any winnings achieved by using the Sports Bonus Account to generate profit added in the Sports Cash Account through placing bets on “Sports” and “Live Betting” products with subsequent winnings cash-out shall be invalid and Odeonbet reserves the right to withhold and cancel such wagers and any associated winnings. In such circumstances, the staked Sports Bonus Account funds shall also be forfeited.
11. Withdrawals may only be processed from your Sports Cash Account. Any withdrawals from your Casino Cash Account can only be made by first transferring your withdrawal amount to your Sports Cash Account and then requesting the Withdrawal be processed from the Sports Cash Account. Please note that any transfer of funds from the Casino Cash Account to the Sports Cash Account will be construed as a Withdrawal from the Casino Cash Account and may consequently result in the forfeiture or voidance of Casino Product bonuses and promotions.
12. Customers cannot cancel or change a bet once the bet has been placed and confirmed.
13. It is the customer’s responsibility prior to placing a bet to check that the laws in their country concerning betting allow them to place bets.
14. In order to adhere to governmental and regulatory requirements or commitments to these T&C Odeonbet reserves the right to restrict, modify, suspend or terminate users’ membership.
15. Odeonbet reserves the right to suspend the user’s account upon any activity which it deems fraudulent or otherwise not compliant with these terms and conditions or any prevailing legislation. Odeonbet may investigate any such case and based on its findings, and at its discretion, restore or otherwise permanently terminate any customer account and void any outstanding amount owed to the relevant costumer.

23. Odeonbet reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. If an account has insufficient funds as a result of a deposit that has been cancelled by the payment processing party, Odeonbet reserves the right to cancel any bet that may have been accepted retroactively.
24. Should funds be credited to a customer’s account in error, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Odeonbet of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error shall be deemed invalid and returned to Odeonbet.
